Fractional FD - Construction Chelmsford £800-£900 Per day

A growing construction-sector business based in Chelmsford is looking for a Fractional Finance Director to provide part-time strategic and operational finance leadership.

The Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of:

• Project accounting and project profitability reporting
• Accruals, WIP and cost-to-complete forecasting
• Cash-flow forecasting and working-capital visibility
• Management accounts and board-level reporting
• Financial controls and process improvement
• Line management and mentoring of the Finance Manager

About You

You'll bring proven FD or senior finance leadership experience gained within construction with a strong grasp of project-based accounting and contract financials.
