Harper May is collaborating with a leading construction company to find a diligent and organised AP Assistant to join their Finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting procedures and contribute to various finance-related projects, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing all AP invoices, payments and intercompany billings

Act as first point of contact for all AP queries internal and external

Administration of the accounts inbox(s)

Reconciling bank transactions and statements

Assist with month-end activities

Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items

Reviewing and processing employee expense claims

Reviewing and processing employee credit cards and prepaid cards

Provide support to wider Finance team
-
Communicating with colleagues or third parties as necessary, by email or by phone

Assisting with ad-hoc projects
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience with NetSuite is essential.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
