High End Residential Refurbishment Projects

Central London

Up to £300 per day

Our client our an established construction contractor who focus on high end refurbishments to private residential and commercial properties.

They are a family run business who currently have a portfolio of clients within Central London. Projects are a mixture of internal and external refurbishments.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• Experience high end refurbishment schemes to private residential and commercial property
• Lead the site team to the best of your ability
• Manage delivery of works to specification
• Have several direct reports to manage including supervisors and office staff
• Pre & post inspections
• Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering high end refurbishment projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

This is a temporary to permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
