Town Planner
Location: Cardiff

My client, a dynamic planning consultancy, is looking for a skilled and motivated Town Planner to join their team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have some professional planning experience and will be involved in a variety of planning projects, providing advice, preparing applications, and liaising with clients and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit planning applications and reports.
• Advise clients on planning policies and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• Some professional planning experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Membership with RTPI (or working towards) is preferred.
