The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a Top Tier regional law firm and be part of a supportive team to gain hands-on, quality experience. You will be working on complex and high-stakes construction litigation cases, handling a wide range of high profile & complex types of construction litigation for claimants and defendants, with a solution-focused approach.
Who
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with up to 0-2PQE within a construction litigation team at a city or national firm.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating commercial astuteness, sound judgement, and expertise in managing due diligence and disclosure processes.
Proactive and adaptable approach, excelling under pressure and showing a keen interest in driving and participating in team business development initiatives.
