About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming external cladding project based in Cardiff, commencing in July 2025. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring that the project runs smoothly, safely, and to schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
Ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time and within budget
Managing site health and safety in line with company and legal standards
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintaining daily site records
Liaising with project managers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Ensuring quality control and resolving any on-site issues as they arise
Requirements:
Proven experience in site management, ideally within external cladding or similar projects
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and proactively manage site activities
