Due to continued growth and contract expansion, XYZ Group is seeking a Finance and Commercial Manager to provide financial and commercial support to operational branch leadership teams. The role focuses on improving commercial understanding, driving financial performance, and ensuring contract profitability.
XYZ Group manages 17,000 homes for local and central Government and maintains 750,000 social housing properties across the UK.
This is a key business partnering role, requiring close collaboration with operational teams to understand commercial contract drivers, challenge performance, and support delivery of financial targets. Responsibilities include producing monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and commercial analysis, as well as identifying risks and opportunities. The role also supports tendering and contract repricing activities.
