Type of Work:
New Build and Refurbishment snagging work across residential and commercial sites. This role involves detailed inspections, defect identification, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and quality standards.

Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday Day shifts
Weekend work available

Pay Rates
£23.00 per hour CIS
Overtime available depending on project needs

Requirements and Duties
All applicants must hold avalid CSCS Card (Blue Skills Card minimum)and haveat least 5 years experiencein snagging or a related trade.
Example: All applicants must be able to provide checkable references and demonstrate a high level of skill and professionalism.

Main Duties Include:
Comprehensive inspection of completed works
Identification and documentation of defects
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and site standards
Producing accurate snagging reports
Liaising with site teams and clients to resolve issues
Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication
Adhering to health and safety protocols
