I am looking for a Shopping Centre Professional to head up & continue the success for a leading scheme in Cambridgeshire.

This key position will lead/support the on site team, whilst working on all key aspects for the centre, including: -

• Budget / Service Charge Management & Reporting
• Tenant / Stakeholders & City Centre Partner engagement
• Drive opportunity for Marketing & Commercialisation activities
• Working on key site development projects / contract management
• Working closely with the Property Manager & Owners to drive high standards throughout the scheme

This is an exciting time to join the scheme, with investment & development plans already underway.

Candidates will hold proven Shopping Centre Management experience & understand all fundamentals to manage a scheme including H&S, Compliance, Service Charge Budget & Commercial Management.
