Your Role:
Work closely with the
Infrastructure Team and Senior Director
to produce engineering designs for planning applications, detailed designs, and construction projects.
Develop
drainage, highway, street works, and public realm solutions
for a variety of developments, including residential, retail, industrial, and commercial projects.
Prepare
drainage and levels strategies
to support planning applications, including
flood risk assessment reports
.
Produce and issue
technical drawings
for tender and construction in line with design standards.

What You’ll Need:
HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering
Consultancy/private sector experience
in residential development
Strong knowledge of
drainage designs, strategies, and flood risk assessments
Proficiency in
MicroDrainage and AutoCAD
Understanding of legal, planning, and technical consents for drainage in new developments (including
S104, SuDS Manual, and DCG standards
)
