You will be working in the Building OU based in Cambridgeshire in where we are responsible for delivering fit-for-purpose buildings across education, defence, civic, custodial, commercial and mixed-use sectors. We are currently looking for a Information Controller who will ensure the accurate, secure, and efficient management of all documentation for our defence project. You will manage and implement the Common Data Environment (CDE) in alignment with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements

As the Information Controller, you will:

  • Support the accurate and efficient information management of all project-related information, including documentation, models, and drawings across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain a robust CDE structure for storing, retrieving, and archiving information.
  • Monitor adherence to the CDE strategy set by the Lead Information Controller.
  • Support the Design Management function in the development and maintenance of the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).
  • Administer processes for data validation, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across CDE structure and workflows.
  • Support data quality standards to minimise errors and improve reliability, aligned to ISO 19650, company policy and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

We are looking for:

  • Strong experience in previous Information Control/Information Management roles
  • Experience managing Asite as the CDE is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience of ISO 19650.
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of managing MIDPs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, understand project requirements, and delivery of presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
