This temporary CAFM Assistant position is working 20 hours per week and will join a strong, experienced Estates and Facilities team. Initially this role is expected to last around 2 months however there is strong potential this position could extend or, be made permanent.

Based at the Biomedical Campus this CAFM role will offer an hourly rate of £14.50ph - £15.45ph, has onsite parking and will see you working 8am - 12pm Monday to Friday.

A few of the key duties:-

• Be the main POC on the facilities helpdesk
• Maintain records for all PPM and reactive works
• Monitor the status of job requests and work orders
• Create work and purchase orders
• Provide administrative to support to the Facilities Management team as

This is a prefect temporary position for someone with experience with:-

• Administration experience linked to a facilities team
• Exposure to CMMS / CAFM Systems
