Description

• Manage and coordinate all BIM related activities within the Construction Department.
• Implement and maintain BIM protocols and standards.
• Provide BIM training and support to team members.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure BIM deliverables are met.
• Oversee the development of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance BIM capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company BIM standards.
• Promote the use of BIM within the company.

Profile

A successful BIM Manager should have:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in BIM software and other digital technology.
• Experience in the property industry, particularly in construction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
