Due to continued growth and increased workload, our client is seeking an AssocRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering the Camborne area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience in Level 2 surveys to join a progressive business offering strong earnings potential, flexibility, and structured career development.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Reports)
• Undertake Red Book valuations
• Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (with training provided where needed)
• Produce clear, accurate and client-focused reports using leading industry software
• Manage your own workload and diary effectively while working remotely
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• Experience delivering Level 2 survey reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, professional approach to client interaction
• Full UK driving licence
