A highly organised Construction Secretary is required to join a reputable organisation located in Camberley, Surrey on a permanent basis. Assisting the Construction Director, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support in a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the department.

Key duties:

Weekly reporting and production of various reports

Management of weekly payroll

Uploading paperwork onto COINS and recording checks

Daily monitoring and recording of surveys

Ensuring all plant equipment is inspected and recorded & booking health assessments for forklift drivers

Assisting the Construction Manager with construction phase plans, working at height documents and any other documents required for a new site.

Health & safety - management and allocation of scored tasks & attend quarterly health & safety meetings to discuss any issues

Manage training & inductions for the construction team

CSCS card audits

Holiday recording for weekly staff

Contract of Employment for weekly paid staff and additional HR letters

Required skills:

Previous experience within a similar role

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience in managing and prioritising multiple tasks
