A medium-sized housing developer is looking for a freelance Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager for a project in Burntwood.
Job Duties:
Supporting the Site Manager with the back end of the build
Snagging houses and ensuring they meet quality standards
Handing over completed plots to the housing association
Required Qualifications:
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid certification
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
Valid Driving Licence
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in house building
Proven track record in snagging homes and ensuring quality standards
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site in Burntwood, West Midlands. The Finishing Manager will be required to work full-time hours on a contract basis, ensuring the timely completion and handover of properties to the housing association
