Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000neg + Bonus giving £5,000 - £10,000

The role of the Head of Customer Service - Fabrics & Wallcoverings will involve:

• Customer Service Manager vacancy dealing with a high quality fabrics and wallcoverings
• Your target audience will be architects, interior designers, fabric makers, large end users, curtain contractors/installers, blind contractors
• 13 indirect reports including project coordinators & customer service team leaders
• Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement team strategies
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service from across the department
• Supporting both your team and the BDM team they will be buddied with
• Dealing with customer escalations as well as engaging key customers where required

The ideal applicant will be a Head of Customer Service - Fabrics & Wallcoverings with:

• Must have people management experience with mentoring & developing a team
• Must have proven experience within customer services
• Experience with interiors products beneficial but not essential
• Ability to assess key team performance metrics
• Energetic, intelligent and articulate with a very keen attention to detail
• IT Literate (Office, CRM)
