*Umbrella pay only *
Finisher - Mastic, Patching, and Painting, 3 Days a week - flexible on which days worked

The Role:
This is dealing with snagging works on a housing site ready for the hand over of properties.
Patching works for plaster and bricks.
cutting out work
Painting work
Small bits for finishing joinery works from ironmongery to skirting etc.
General site cleaning and tiding.
About You:
Candidates must have a valid SSSTS or SMSTS card
a Good eye to attention to details
Two commercial relevant References.
Can do attitude with a strong work ethic
