, is seeking a
Scheduler
to join their dynamic team. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive individual to play a vital role in coordinating field engineers and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Field Management System to efficiently schedule and dispatch engineers.
Allocate workloads based on geography, urgency, and engineer availability.
Handle incoming calls and act as a liaison between engineers, clients, and internal teams.
Adapt schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize disruption.
Collate certificates and ensure the completion of works to successfully close jobs.
What They're Looking For:
Strong communication & people skills - able to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent geographical knowledge to ensure efficient scheduling.
IT literate with experience using CRM & scheduling systems.
Quick thinker & problem solver - able to react to last-minute changes effectively.
Strong memory & attention to detail for managing multiple schedules.
What's on Offer?
Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000pa DOE.
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm.
23 days holiday + bank holidays.
