We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Residential Front of House to oversee the safety, security, and maintenance of a residential property. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Facilites or Front of House.
Day to Day of the role:

Act as a key-holder, ensuring the security of communal areas and facilities.

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, managing access to the building.

Coordinate with contractors for repairs, maintenance, and servicing of communal areas and equipment.

Manage and monitor the property’s laundry facilities and communal spaces.

Address and resolve complaints related to communal areas and facilities.

Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address repair, maintenance, and security issues.

Perform water testing and emergency equipment checks in communal areas, adhering to health and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors for fire risk assessment actions and building access.

Conduct health and safety inspections, documenting outcomes and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Provide cover for other team members as required and manage out-of-hours emergencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to residents’ needs.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Experience working with older people or the general public in a service-based role is desirable.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
