Our client is a well-established managing agent based in Buckinghamshire, looking after a portfolio of Residents' Management Company (RMC) developments across the county. They've built their reputation on keeping portfolios manageable rather than stretched.

As Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of around 500-600 units spread across 5 RMCs, all within an hour of the office. You'll be the main point of contact for directors and leaseholders, working closely with a property management assistant who supports you day to day. The working week splits between the office, home, and site.

• Managing service charge budgets, accounts and year-end processes for each development
• Drafting and issuing Section 20 notices and managing major works consultations
• Building relationships with directors and leaseholders as their main point of contact
• Carrying out scheduled site visits
• Overseeing contractor and compliance arrangements across the portfolio
• Managing the workload of your Property Management Assistant

Essential:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in residential block or estate management
• ATPI qualification held as a minimum
• Sound understanding of service charge legislation and Section 20 consultation
• Full UK driver's license

Desirable:

• Experience managing RMC-led portfolios
• Confidence presenting budgets and accounts directly to resident directors
