Job Title: Freelance Site Manager

Project: £2.5m refurbishment/fit out to building to create a mixed use building (Restaurant Area and Residential)

Location: Bromley

Start Date: October 2024

Duration: 8 Month

Project: Renovation of an existing building to create a food venue in the basement, private members club on ground level, and hotel rooms on floors 1 and 2 valued at £2.5M.

Our client is seeking a Site Manager, reporting to the reporting to the Contracts Manager based full time in Bromley. The project is an 8 month refurbishment of an exisiting building and this will be from start to handover.

This role is to work Monday to Friday, overseeing the project, programme, coordination of design/trades and manage H&S requirements. You would be working for the main contractor.

The project is a renovation of the entire building and includes a food and beverge venue inclusive of ground floor kitchen, bar and grill, coffee shop and pizzeria with sports bat in the basement, members business louge and separate function room at first floor and hotel rooms at second and third floors.

What you will need:

• You will have experience in a similar role, leading a site as the number 1.
• Experience working for a main contractor within the refurbishment or fit out sectors ideally on a similar project
• Have in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
