Options Resourcing have been tasked to recruit a Site Administrator to support the one of our clients' teams on a high-profile office refurbishment project in central Bristol. The role offers a minimum of 10months work, within easy reach of central Bristol's transport, and flexible working hours. You will be joining an experienced team delivering the project and have support from client's head office administration team as required.
The role will involve all general administration duties you would expect including answering the phone, distributing site information & drawings, taking minutes from meetings as well as ensuring current users of the building are aware of planned works.
To be considered you need to have experience in and administrative role (ideally on a construction site), experience with all MS Office Software, ideally a valid CSCS card.
The role offers a paye rate of £16.50 p/hr.
