Electrician opportunity available with our client, a Bristol-based specialist BMS contractor with a background of over 25 year's in BMS design, installation, and commissioning. Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Electrician who is interested in specialising in the Building Management System (BMS) sector.

The role will initially involve learning on-site about commissioning BMS & HVAC systems in commercial settings, and will involve full training in order to become a fully-qualified BMS Commissioning Engineer.

Our client is currently open to a range of background within the electrical sector, and will consider commercial and/or industrial Electrician's who have exposure to completing installation, maintenance, and commissioning on plant room and HVAC equipment such as boilers, pumps, motors, fans, etc.

Electrician Job Responsibilities

• Travelling to commercial sites within Bristol and the surrounding areas to complete BMS commissioning, including point to point checks on pre-installed systems
• Simulating, testing, and recording system processes once installed
• Completing on-site and in-house training on BMS systems

Electrician Job Requirements

• Qualified Electrician - Hold NVQ L3, 18th Edition, AM2
• Previous experience completing installations, maintenance, or commissioning on plant room equipment
• Currently hold a CSCS/ECS/JIB Card
• Based within 1 hour of Bristol
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Electrician Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
• Total Working Hours: 37.5 per week
• £500 per month car allowance
