We are seeking reliable and experienced Ground Workers to join our team delivering high-quality residential projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

General groundworks on residential construction sites

Excavation, drainage, foundations, and substructure works

Kerbing, paving, and external works

Site clearance and preparation

Assisting with concrete and formwork operations

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Working Hours & Pattern

9 hours per day

Monday to Friday (standard working week)

Occasional weekend work may be required (not guaranteed subject to project demands)

Projects are ongoing with a strong pipeline of residential work starting from July 2026

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card (essential)

Proven experience in groundworks on residential or construction sites

Physically fit and able to undertake manual labour

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
