This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the desk. The company will provide on-the-job and classroom-based training to give you the tools you need to succeed further.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Advertising for roles via job boards, websites and social media.
• Interviewing and screening applicants to determine suitability.
• Selling and developing business via the phone and face-to-face.
• Completing the full recruitment cycle.
• Recruitment administration.

You will need

• Passion for the recruitment sector.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultant role.
• Dedication to deliver high-quality service.
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
• Experience working with personal and team targets.
• To be a great team player.
