An innovative multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Bristol is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become an integral member of a highly regarded team of Employer's Agents, known for delivering expert services across the entire lifecycle of build projects, from inception to handover.

This consultancy is recognised for its outstanding APC support, featuring in-house APC assessors and a dedicated APC programme based in Birmingham, providing exceptional guidance toward achieving MRICS accreditation. As the newest addition to the team, you'll benefit from industry-leading professional development and structured career progression.

The role will involve working on a varied portfolio of residential sector projects, including commercial properties, privately funded initiatives, care homes, and mixed-use developments, as well as new build apartments and housing schemes.

Project values range from £250k to £200m, offering a unique opportunity to develop expertise across a broad spectrum of high-value and impactful projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Previous Employer's Agent experience is ideal
• Pre and post contract experience
• Previous consultancy experience
• MRICS or actively working towards APC
