An innovative, multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in the heart of Bristol, are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

In this role, the successful Quantity Surveyor will engage in a diverse range of projects including residential, care home, mixed-use, housing and commercial schemes, ranging from £250k to £200m.

This unique role offers the opportunity to work with a prestige client base, delivering high-value and impactful projects across the South West.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from structured APC support, with in-house APC assessors and unparalleled guidance towards achieving MRICS status.

As well as both pre and post contract cost management services, you'll also have the opportunity to provide Employers' Agent services, providing the ideal platform for a well-rounded role.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Previous consultancy experience
• Both pre & post contract experience
• Employers' Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
