We are seeking a Lease Advisory Surveyor to manage a growing workload across the east and south of our region. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in landlord and tenant engagements to contribute to our exciting growth phase.
Day-to-day of the role:

Conduct a range of rent reviews, lease renewals, and market rent valuations across various property sectors including healthcare and leisure.

Serve a diverse client base, handling both landlord and tenant cases.

Engage in detailed market analysis to support negotiation processes.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive business growth in line with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

MRICS qualification is highly desirable.

Proven experience in a lease advisory, consultancy, commercial agency, or valuation role.

Strong understanding of commercial rental valuation.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
