Lettings Negotiator

We’re working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in the Bristol area looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong local reputation and a modern approach. The company continues to grow across the Bristol & North Somerset area whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer service and team culture.

The successful candidate will be working within a busy and supportive lettings team with exposure to a varied portfolio, alongside genuine opportunities to develop their career and grow with the business long term.

Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and arranging viewings
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing lets
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Assist with market appraisals
• Managing applicant enquiries
• Supporting the wider lettings team
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout

About you:

• Previous experience within lettings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and driven approach
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
