They now require a qualified land surveyor to work closely with their clients and ensure surveys are completed to a high level and passed to the delivery team.

The Role:

• Land Surveying of large-scale district heating projects.
• Plan, organize, and manage surveys, scanning and estimates with adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Mentoring of junior surveyors and assistant surveyors to identify training requirements.
• Production and delivery of survey drawings and reports.
• Quality assurance of surveys using robust procedures prior to verification.

The Person :

• Land Surveyor with experience in District heating (Desirable)
• Positive, Can-do attitude to fit company culture.
• Highly developed communication/interpersonal skills to work across multi-discipline teams.
• Comfortable with AutoCAD and presenting 2D and 3D scans. Topography experience essential.
• Based in, or commutable to Bristol.
