Hays Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Dryliner to join our client's dynamic team. As a Dryliner, you will be responsible for installing plasterboard and other wall and ceiling systems in both commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will contribute to the high-quality finishes our clients expect.
Your new role

• Measure and cut plasterboard to the required size
• Install plasterboard to walls and ceilings
• Apply finishing techniques such as taping, jointing, and skimming
• Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth project completion
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Dryliner
• Strong knowledge of plasterboard installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus
