Customer Relations Officer - Social Housing
We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join a Social Housing association, focusing on managing and resolving stage 1 complaints. This role is ideal for someone with a background in social housing and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely while being an integral part of our customer relations team.
