Key Responsibilities: * Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and development matters, including acquisitions, refinances, leases, and development agreements. * Provide practical legal advice on planning, construction, and financing in commercial property development. * Draft and negotiate documents such as sale agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, and development contracts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, agents, and advisors. * Stay current with changes in property law and market trends to deliver innovative solutions.
