We're looking for an Assistant Block Manager to join a well-established property management team in Brighton. This is a great opportunity for someone with some block management or property experience who wants to build a career in the sector.

The role:

• Supporting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
• Handling leaseholder and resident queries by phone and email
• Arranging maintenance and repairs, and liaising with contractors
• Assisting with site inspections
• Helping prepare service charge budgets and section 20 notices
• General admin support across the portfolio

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in block management, lettings or a property-related role
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Well organised, with good attention to detail
• Comfortable managing your own workload in a busy office
• Working towards (or willing to work towards) IRPM/TPI qualifications is a plus
