Job Title: Hands-On Site Supervisor Kitchen Refurbishment Scheme
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Rate: £22£24 per hour (ongoing role)

We are seeking an experienced Hands-On Supervisor to oversee a long-term kitchen refurbishment programme across tenanted properties in Brighouse. All homes are located close to the main site cabins, making travel between properties straightforward.

• Supervise day-to-day kitchen refurbishment works across occupied homes.

• Work closely with trades teams, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.

• Maintain strong communication with tenants, site management, and subcontractors.

• Carry out hands-on tasks as required to support workflow and keep programmes on track.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures.

• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report updates to the project lead.

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) essential

• CSCS card essential

• Strong background in domestic refurbishment or social housing works

• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when working in tenanted properties

• Ability to work proactively, lead by example, and maintain high standards of workmanship

• Full UK driving licence desirable

• Competitive hourly rate: £22£34 per hour
