Bridgend | £22.50 per hour | Construction Project

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join a large commercial construction project in Bridgend.

Working alongside a telescopic forklift operator, you will be responsible for the safe slinging and signalling of underslung loads, ensuring lifting operations are carried out efficiently and in line with site safety requirements.

• Sling and signal underslung loads safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with telescopic forklift operators during lifting operations.
• Ensure all lifting activities comply with site health and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with plant operators and site personnel.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Follow site procedures and lifting plans.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger / Signaller card.
• Previous commercial construction site experience.
• Good understanding of lifting operations and site safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.

• £22.50 per hour.
