This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide expert design services to the residential sector. They are looking for a talented and Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team in their Brentwood office.

To be successful in applying for the role of Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification with relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice. The successful individual will need to be able to boast design flare and have proficiency in AutoCAD. It is essential that the individual has a UK Drivers license and a car, as well as experience in a relevant role within the residential sector.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant:

• Successfully completed your RIBA part 1 qualification
• Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
• Good experience with AutoCAD software
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations
• In the process of completing your RIBA Part 2 qualification
• Experience working on projects within the residential or commercial sectors
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live locally to the Brentwood area
• Full UK Driver's License and access to a car is essential
