If so, our client is seeking a talented Customer Support Coordinator to join their team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective administration and management of customer issues. Your main duties will include:

• Monitoring the Customer Services inbox to ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer enquiries.
• Logging and managing all telephone calls, emails, and portal enquiries from customers.
• Preparing and issuing weekly reports and exception reports, as directed by the Customer Support Manager.
• Liaising with the claims department as necessary and providing feedback to the technical department on defective materials and design errors.
• Ensuring all relevant documentation is updated and logged on time.
• Allocating work to the customer support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues.
• Coordinating inspections as required.
• Overseeing the work of contractors and reporting any poor outcomes to the Customer Director.
• Balancing and coordinating the scheduling of customer support operatives.
• Ordering materials, processing purchase orders and invoices, raising payment requests as required.
• Management of outstanding issues and escalating when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer support or coordination role, ideally within a construction or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
