Sales Account Manager
to join our team, focusing on expanding our B2B customer base within the
Trade & Construction Supplies
or
Commercial & Industrial Products
sector. This role offers a mix of office-based strategy and on-the-road client engagement, ensuring a balance between relationship-building and sales development.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Customer Development
– Identify and develop relationships with business clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Growth
– Work towards and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, with a strong focus on the B2B sector.
Product Launch Leadership
– Support the introduction of new products, driving engagement and adoption.
Strategic Sales
– Use creative and strategic sales techniques to maximise opportunities.
Client Engagement
– Conduct site visits, provide expert advice, and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Market Intelligence
– Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Innovation and Improvement
– Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new developments to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
B2B Sales Experience
– Ideally, 3-5 years in B2B sales within
Trade & Construction Supplies
or
Commercial & Industrial Products
, or a related industry.
Excellent Communication Skills
– Strong verbal and written abilities to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
CRM Proficiency
– Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking
– Ability to assess business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Self-Motivation & Drive
– A results-oriented approach with a focus on exceeding targets.
Flexibility & Mobility
– Willingness to travel for client meetings while managing office-based responsibilities.
