HR Business Partner

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with an established
manufacturing
company in the Swale area in their search for a standalone
HR Manager/BP.
This is a
stable, long-term opportunity
which involve
end to end generalist HR management
and all associated administration.
Duties include:

Working on site, you will be the sole point of contact for all stakeholders regarding any HR issues, building great relationships across the board

Supporting management and offering guidance on any investigations or employee issues
-
Extensive record and document management
-
Carrying out all HR administration
-
Running payroll
-
Working collaboratively with the SLT
To be considered you will have:
-
Proven generalist HR experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction or similar
-
A positive attitude to work
-
Experience working standalone ideally
-
Exceptional administrative skills
-
An excellent grasp of the English language
-
CIPD to Level 5 as a minimum (or equivalent)
-
In depth knowledge of current UK employment law
-
Experience managing ER cases end to end
-
Previous involvement with restructuring/redundancies
-
A resilient but approachable personality
-
The ability to work on site 5 days a week
