Reed Business Support are thrilled to be supporting a rapidly growing business in their search for an FM Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding organisation that delivers services across a large portfolio of commercial properties.

As Estimator, you will play a key role within a growing FM division, producing accurate quotations and estimates for a wide range of projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare estimates and quotations for building maintenance works
• Undertake site visits where required to assess works and gather information
• Estimate a variety of building maintenance projects including brickwork, roofing, fencing and external repairs
• Assess labour, material and plant requirements to produce accurate pricing
• Support the delivery of commercial and cost-effective quotations
• Work closely with management and operational teams to ensure quotations meet client requirements

What you'll need:

• Previous estimating experience within construction, facilities management or building maintenance
• Experience producing accurate quotations and cost estimates
• Commercial awareness and understanding of small works projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Site surveying or project assessment experience would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
