Manage and plan the schedule of repair and maintenance works.

Ensure all works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Manage the repair budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Address any customer complaints or issues related to repairs.

Profile
A successful Repairs Planner should have:
