Job Title : Weekend Concierge

Salary Expectation: £20,523.36

Location: Birmingham - B1

Working hours: Friday - Sunday (7:00am - 19:00pm)

They are seeking a Weekend Concierge to join their team and become a valued member of the company. Our client is caring for 330,000 homes in England, Wales and Scotland, across 5,800 developments. Responsibilities:

• Greeting resident and welcoming visitors
• Taking and logging parcels for the apartments/residents
• Key handling.
• Computer work as required
• Changing of two communal bins in the reception area on Saturday and Sunday
• Issuing parking charges around site to unauthorised users.
• Post and parcels
• Building parcels - ensure no hazards
