Manage all commercial aspects of residential projects.

Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets.

Conduct valuations and prepare applications for payment.

Manage procurement processes, including tender analysis and contractor selection.

Administer contracts and resolve contractual disputes.

Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate commercial risks.

Prepare final accounts and manage the handover process.
Profile
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor across residential, commercial or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.

Excellent cost management and financial reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in relevant software packages (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, etc.).

Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

MRICS or working towards MRICS (desirable).
-
Must be based in the London area, or easily commutable.
