Salary: £70,000-£85,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + Package

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects? We are working on behalf of a leading Main Contractor to recruit a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £15m student accommodation scheme in the heart of Birmingham.

As the Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of this purpose-built, 5-storey student accommodation scheme, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking overall accountability for the project from pre-construction through to handover.
• Leading and coordinating the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
• Developing and managing the construction program, driving progress, and mitigating risks.
• Maintaining effective communication with the client, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Managing health, safety, and quality compliance across the site.
• Preparing progress reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong track record of managing projects valued between £10m-£20m, ideally within the student accommodation, residential, or commercial sectors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and current building standards.
• Relevant qualifications, including SMSTS , CSCS (Black Card) , and First Aid .
• The ability to work under pressure, make decisions confidently, and keep the project on track.
