Our client is an established commercial and domestic facilities maintenance and installation company, owing to continued growth they require a Plumber with Unvented Certification to join them on an ongoing contract basis.
Day-to-day of the role:
-
Travel to and work at Social Housing properties across the Midlands and occasionally other areas in the UK as required.

Carry out repairs, maintenance, assembly, installation, upgrades, and conversions to both wet and dry plumbing systems.

Fit and service cylinders, including with an unvented cylinder certificate.

Be part of the emergency call-out team on a rota basis.

Promote a positive and professional attitude towards all customers and staff.

Communicate effectively with tenants and other members of the public.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Recognised plumbing apprenticeship and/or qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds.

Flexible approach to travel and working hours, including the availability to work additional hours when required, with overtime payable.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to undertake further training and development as required.

Full UK driving licence.
