A national provider of social housing repairs and maintenance including, responsive repairs, planned works and voids

Description

• You will be responsible for painting and decorating in void properties and preparing the property for handover to new tenants
• You may also be required to carry out other basic repairs including patch plastering

Profile

• Ideally you will have relevant trade qualifications in painting & decorating (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• Previous experience working on social housing schemes, specifically voids work is desirable
• You must have your own tools and transport

Job Offer

• Temporary contract until April 2025
• Possibility for extension of contract
