Description

Conducting thorough property inspections and assessments

Identifying and rectifying disrepair issues in a timely manner

Producing detailed reports on property conditions and work carried out

Ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations and standards

Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders

Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies

Managing contractors and overseeing quality of work

Collaborating with the wider property team to achieve organisational goals
Profile
A successful Interim Disrepair Surveyor should have:

Relevant qualifications in Property Surveying or a related field

Experience in property maintenance and repair
-
Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Ability to manage contractors effectively

Aptitude for working collaboratively within a team

Have good experience with Damp and Mould Issues.
