As part of an ambitious senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of property services, influencing strategic investment decisions and driving a culture where safety, compliance and resident satisfaction are at the heart of everything delivered.
Your new role
As Head of Property, you will provide strategic leadership across property compliance, asset management, repairs, maintenance and planned investment programmes. Working as a key part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit for the future. This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and operational leadership, requiring an individual who can develop long-term investment plans while ensuring excellent day-to-day service delivery and value for money.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this Head of Property position, you will bring substantial senior-level experience within social housing property services and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams through change and continuous improvement.
